BREATH: HOW, WHY, WHERE

Are you ready to improve your anxiety level? Do you want to recover faster? Are you looking to be able to ground yourself in difficult situations? Do you have a congested nose all the time? or Do you suffer from some form of pulmonary restrictions? Then this workshop is for you!

Your breath is a real-time indicator of how much demands you are asking from your body, mind, and emotional experience. Not only can you use your breath to measure performance, if you know the right techniques and tools, but you can also use your breath to improve your performance, your recovery, and mitigate your stress.

You will learn each week: how the respiratory system works, the influences of gases O2 & CO2 in your life. Also how to improve your endurance, mitigate your stress, recover more efficiently and lower your risk of disease. Each week build on the previous one:

1.MINDSET - ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY of the respiratory system

2.DIAPHRAGM & NASAL BREATHING

3.CO2 this other 50% of the breath

4.NERVOUS SYSTEM STATES

5.BREATHING FOR PERFORMANCE

6.MAKE IT A HABIT

This course is designed for beginners and advanced athletes.

STARTING APRIL 1st 2021 - TWO GROUPS :

TUESDAYS 4-5:30PM (4/6 - 4/13 - 4/20 - 4/27 - 5/4 - 5/11)

THURSDAYS: 8:30am to 10am (4/1 - 4/8 - 4/15 -4/22 - 4/29 -5/6)

Each week will include a mix of lectures and many guided practices. It will be live recorded, and available for you to watch if you missed the LIVE ZOOM, or rewatch.
