We will push barriers and help foster mind-body adaptive systems, have fun, and create a joyful community.
ABOUT:
We are about to connect deeply to our survival reflex.
We get the mind out of the way and let new programming of the body do the work.
In full disclosure, this is serious and intense work! You will feel sensations and a sense of personal re-connection. By the end of the 2hrs you will want to rest and enjoy the sense of deep calm and clarity.
WHAT WE DO :
2 HOURS session
BREATH: Unlock breathing potential with some fundamental breath protocols.
MOVE : Stretch and Activate the body with gentle warrior movement.
-Change into swimsuits. Bathrobes provided.
RECOVER : Exposure to Ice (ice bath) and Heat (sauna) with the intention to stabilize our metabolic system, and regain control over the nervous system stress response.
-2 rounds total.
SHARE : At the end of the rounds we gather to share the experience together, building awareness of the adaptive work performed by our body.

Forma Gym Walnut Creek, 1908 Olympic Blvd, 94596, Walnut Creek, CA.

WHAT TO WEAR & BRING:
Comfortable, warm sports clothes.
Bathing suit / Flip-flop
Water bottle (very important)

REGISTRATION
Participation is limited to ensure a low faculty to student ratio. Please register early. Sessions will be canceled or rescheduled if we have less than 2 people registered by the registration deadline of 24h prior to the scheduled session date.

You represent and warrant that you are physically fit and you have no medical condition, which would prevent your full participation in the program.
